Students’ Assistance Programme
St. Joseph’s Guidance and Counselling Centre and Trinity Lyceum School signed an MOU to start the new project called SAP (Students’ Assistance Programme) to address the problems such as academic backwardness, learning11 disability, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), social & examination phobias and various addictions among students. The project was started in the academic year 2011-2012.

A comprehensive psychosocial assessment of all the children in the school. Individualized guidance and therapeutic intervention Issue based awareness programmes Respect for children, parents: confidentiality Referral service at SJGCC.

Furnished counselling room and related facilities Early identification and early intervention Mind management programmes (soft skills development training) Parent teacher awareness & training programmes Computerized data entry and file system Follow-up services On-going monitoring and evaluation
